COMMON QUESTIONS

Real questions from our customers, answered by our team.

How reliable is the Air Pro?

The Air Pro is the same model used in iRoll's rental fleet on Blouberg beachfront. Rental units run 3+ years before replacement and still work perfectly. These machines go 6-8 years easily.

Does it fold for easy carrying?

Yes, all iRoll scooters fold in half and the handlebar clips to the mudguard for easy carrying and storage. Very practical for commuting or storing at home/office.

Is the Air Pro suitable for beginners?

Absolutely - it's the most popular entry-level scooter. Same ones used for rentals at the beachfront, which means proven reliability and ease of use. 10" wheels make it very stable, and ride settings can be adjusted in the app for gentler throttle response.

What's the real-world range?

Expect 20-30km for most riders (max is 40km under ideal conditions). Great for daily commutes under 15km each way.

Inmotion AIR PRO Electric Scooter

Recently bought an Inmotion AIR PRO Electric Scooter from Anthony. What a great little scooter. Thoroughly enjoying it! I also enjoyed test driving the various scooters to make sure I chose the right scooter to fit my needs.

Great scooter that changed my everyday life

Great light weight scooter that changed my everyday life avoiding traffic and parking issues. Just be mindful that it has no front or rear shock absorbers.

Thanks for this great review Jan. Yea, once these machines get suspension it ads to weight and bulkiness.. Air Pro is pretty sleek and minimalistic, remaining light weight and still impressive speed, range and quality

Renting with ease

Can’t afford buying one? I couldn’t, so I asked if I can rent on monthly/week to week basis. Used one for a few months and was a great experience. Communication with Anthony was always a breeze. Sport mode super fun at 35kmh! I took it inside shopping malls, stores, and even the gym.

Hey Brian. Thanks for this great review- glad the Air Pro worked out so well for you!
