What is the warranty?
1 year standard factory warranty on all products. These machines are very reliable - I brought in sample scooters 8 years ago that are still running perfectly. I also have 2 technicians in Blouberg for repairs and maintenance, and I bring in all necessary spares.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver nationwide via RAM Courier. Western Cape is R200-250, rest of SA is R300-400 depending on the scooter size. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. You can also collect from our Blouberg location.
Can I test ride before buying?
Absolutely! We have demo units at our gazebo location on Blouberg beachfront. Just check in ahead of time to make sure we're set up. We're happy to let you test ride and discuss which model suits you best.
What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer EFT (bank transfer) for the best prices. You can also pay via the website, though EFT gets you the Early Roller special pricing. We don't require a deposit - just pay when stock arrives.
What is the Early Roller Special?
A pre-order discount requiring EFT payment (not card). No deposit needed - just reserve your spot. You pay when stock arrives at port. Prices are typically R2,000-5,000 below retail.
I'm getting less range than advertised - is something wrong?
Maximum range is tested with a 70kg rider at 20-25km/h on flat ground. Real-world range is typically 50-75% of the maximum depending on your weight, speed, hills, and wind. This is standard across all electric vehicles.
